Justin Schreiber

Justin studied at the Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach before training with the Ritz Carlton organization and then working in various establishments in Colorado, rising to the position of Executive Chef at Ajax Tavern in the well known Little Nell Hotel in Aspen. He comes to us from his most recent position as Executive Sous Chef of the DBGB Kitchen and Bar in Washington D.C. DBGB is part of renowned French born chef Daniel Boulud’s restaurant empire. Justin was part of the team that opened the restaurant, but once it was up and running and successful, he determined to settle his family in a smaller town or city. We are happy that he chose Neptune Beach as the next chapter in his life together with his wife Lisa, three year old daughter Madilyn and baby Victoria.
